Residential Exterior Painting

We wire-brush and scrape all exterior surfaces before painting, to ensure perfect adhesion. We clean and remove dust from all surfaces to be painted. We also clean, fill and sand any large cracks, countersink nail heads, sand any glossy areas, seal and caulk doors and windows as needed.

For the topcoat, we apply Sherwin-Williams Duration® Exterior Acrylic Latex. This premium exterior paint delivers outstanding UV resistance to protect against color fade and excellent durability against water intrusion, efflorescence, peeling, and blistering.

After completing the painting job to your satisfaction, we clean up the entire work area. We always remove trash and leave your home “broom clean.” And, of course we always provide properlylabeled touch-up paint for your future use.

For smooth, even stucco applications, we use Loxon® Conditioner from Sherwin-Williams. This high-performance masonry primer offers excellent flexibility and strong adhesion on exterior and interior surfaces. It resists efflorescence, alkali, and chalking while bridging hairline cracks to create a stable, flexible base coat.
